I tried using your "Contact Us". I cannot even send a message there! So, I am now trying the forums to see if it gets through!!!

I tried to log in with the proper password. I know I had the proper password and the system told me that I did not. I got locked out. Then I followed the instructions for a reset.

I made numerous attempts to be able to log in. I keep getting logged out for 15 minutes. I did the return email thing and etc. for at least 5 or 6 times!

Your system has to be made more simple and more fool proof for a user password re-set!

I am at the point of giving up. If I don't get a working password, I am gone!!!

My logon name is: Jerryg50
The "J" is a capital "J".
