Default Bollinger Bands setup

Hi David!
Please, can you tell me what you think about this Bollinger Bands setup (20,3 at close) (20,2 at close) (20,1 at close).I found that this setup helps me to cut out noise from indicators.

Best regards,

Hi FXWave,

Good to hear from you.

From what I can tell what you have listed here are 3 different inputs for bollinger bands which leave the moving average in the middle the same but change the standard deviation levels of the bands.

Am I correct about this and if so then what are you looking for on those indicators that would indicate a trade is setting up?

Best Regards,
Dave

Hi David and all comunity,
With this setup I can identify mini support / resistance area and read indicators signal better.

I hope that this setup helps this community.

Hi FXWave,

Thanks for posting that chart I can see better now how you are using this indicator. It seems from the picture that you are looking to trade reversal's off of the bollinger band levels is this correct?

Best Regards,
Dave

Hi David and all community,
Yes! with this system of mini support / resistance area I can identify new signal or re-entry signal depends on what the indicators show and trend.
You can see the first buy signal is at the bottom of charts and 2 re-entry buy signal.

Best regards,
FxWave
