Forex Broker for Ninja Trader

Any recommendations for a good broker with low slippage and decent spreads and also one that provides free live and historical forex market data with Ninja Trader?

I trade futures and use the ninjatrader platform, my broker just resently started forex trading. I am very happy with my broker!

Whew..haven't posted on here in a long time.

I use Interactive Brokers with NinjaTrader. Very tight spreads and virtually no slippage. Futures, forex, stocks, indices, commodities, can all be traded at IB plus you can use IB's live data with NT for any instrument you trade. Also have a look at Ninja Trader's partners page for other brokers though not alll offer forex: NinjaTrader stock, futures and forex charting software and online trading platform. NinjaTrader Partners.. There are some other forex brokers such as Dukascopy that you can use with NT but you would have to buy an third party interface to connect NT.

Good question. I've never looked into that as I'm just connected directly to IB for the data feed and trades. I usually trade directly from the charts and not from the superdom. In fact, I only got ninjatrader because I bought an algotihmic ssytem from a quant and the indicators only work with nt and another third party software.

I've been trading using the MetaTrader for a while now. Was wondering what the advantages/negatives of using MetaTrader vs NinjaTrader as a trading platform.
Thanks

I don't think there's an easy way to answer this question in writing. I suggest you try NinjaTrader in free simulation mode to test for a comparison of the specific features you need in a trading platform. However, if youe trading is going okay there's no need to burden yourself with learning a new platform.

I don't know any of my friends who have tried NinjaTrader who have stopped using it whether they trade directly with it or use it in conjunction with another platform. Very stable with excellent support and loaded with tons of features serious traders need. I began using it because a proprietary system I bought from a quant was coded for it. He's been trading full-time for more than 15 years and uses it. I'm very happy with it.
