Hello,
I dipped into the futures market recently and learned that it's not a beginner's game.....lost 40% of my account in less than a month. I decided to cut my losses and cash out the rest of my account....now I'm getting the run around from the brokerage I was dealing with. Wire transfer got messed up, they were to overnight a cheque yet no tracking number was provided and the shipper has no record of something for me. Now, I keep getting, "Someone will call you back." Needless to say, there is no call. What can I do? Is there somewhere to launch complaint/investigation? I am getting no where. FH |

Hi Thafaz,
Sorry to hear that on both fronts. If you are in the United States and dealing with a US based futures broker then you can file a complaint with the NFA which is basically the regulatory body for the futures Industry: National Futures Association | Dispute Resolution Let me know how it works out or if you need anything else. Best Regards, Dave |
