Just one question

I really don't understand "Open" and "Close"


For example, for daily chart, HIGH is the highest price, LOW is the lowest price for the particular day.

But what about open and close?
I don't understand how the market opens and closes daily, monthly, yearly and etc.
Isn't it like open all the time?
