I am new in forex and found your site at daily fx forum and..i think that i need to register to your site to know more about learning forex...i've downloaded FXCM (demo account) platform and installed it.
Are you using this platform to trade and doing this courses/presentations abuot forex?

Welcome to the community we are glad to have you.

Yes in any of the lessons in my forex course (the link to which you can find below) where I use a platform I am using the FXCM platform. As you will see if you look in module two of the below course there is a whole series of videos there on how to get up and running and place trades using your FXCM demo account.

i have recently moved to singapore and am now looking out for jobs in hedge funds,derivatives(portfolio Manager)
i am new in this industry and have just started learning.
got to know at this site from a friend..my first reaction when i saw it was WOW!
it has a world of knowledge
could you please recommend me some videos for the hedge funds
also it would be great if you could tell me how to go abt the job search..thanks

As for the job search, the best way to get a job in any industry I have found is through someone you know so I encourage you to work your network. Outside of this a good job site for jobs in hedge funds is:

Hi Dave,

I am not sure if everyone has this problem or it only happens to me. All of the videos of your basics of trading course show me "This video is currently not available. Please try again later." This situation has been lasted for several days now. I will attach one image I captured so you will see what is wrong.

Thanks for pointing this out so we can look into the issue.

While most of the videos on the site come from YouTube, many of the videos in this specific course come from Google Video. With this in mind I was wondering if you could see the video at the link below:

informedtrades - Google Video

If you would not mind letting me know this will help me diagnose whether this is a problem with InformedTrades or Google Video.
