Hi Marwan

This site will screen stocks by high volatility ( It will also screen for lots of other things as well ), and seems pretty good -
High/Low Volatility- SchaeffersResearch.com

Here is another -
High Volatility - Stock Screener Scan

I use IG index quite a lot , and have found stuff like oil and the forex markets move a lot , especially during trading hours - the only problem is the spreads can be a killer , especially if you have a stop / loss in place and try to scalp , like me . 6 pips on the cable ? not too bad , but looking for better !

This is not what you asked but in case anyone doesn ' t know :

Beta measures a stocks volatility compared to the market . A stock with a beta of 1 . 0 will run very close to the market . A stock with a beta of less than 1 . 0 is less volatile to the market and a stock with a beta of over 1 . 0 is more volatile than the market .

example : a stock with a beta of 1 . 2 is 20 % more volatile than the market .
