Today I talk a lot about setting expectations. A lot of time in business (trading is no different) you have your expectations set and time after time those expectations are not met. It really is depressing especially when there is money at stake, or you feel someone has ripped you off and didn't give you value for your dollar spent. I'm going through that now in one of my businesses. A lot of time you sense that the people that are in leadership positions in these situations mean well, but they have little to no empathy. I know, I know, I'm on my soap box again, I'll get off, but do yourself a favor in what business you decide to get in...look for people who have been with the business for two years or more, and make sure they are being paid to say what you want to hear.
