Default Using the Commitment of Traders (COT) Report to Trade Successfully

What is the Commitments of Traders report?

From the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission Website:

Quote:
The Commitments of Traders (COT) reports provide a breakdown of each Tuesday’s open interest for market reports in which 20 or more traders hold positions equal to or above the reporting levels established by the CFTC.
Learn What it Means for Traders

In sum, the COT helps you see what other traders in the market are doing.

Here's a great explanation of COT for traders, with a few videos to help traders learn as well.

You Know COT. Now What?

COT can be a hugely useful tool in helping you trade, but ultimately successful trading also requires precisely identifying the proper entry and exit points, as well developing a sound money management strategy. Default Free COTS charts

I found this site quite useful ... its got really nice colorful COTS charts (all slices and dices) and its free (I found the other "free" ones typically didnt show the current weeks data).

I've used it a while now so I dont think there's a catch! (you don't even have to register).
